Arctic Finger Puppets
Our unique Arctic Fauna Miniatures have been designed to provide educational and imaginative play for young inquiring minds. The eight Miniatures include an artic fox, arctic owl, caribou, fur seal, orca, polar bear, puffin, and walrus. Animals living in the Arctic need to find ways to stay warm and food in order to survive. Migration and hibernation are examples of how many animals adapt and survive the extreme Arctic winter months. Many mammals have specialised coats to ward off the winter cold. Some have heat-efficient body shapes to better conserve heat.
Designed in Tasmania and handmade in Nepal, our fauna miniatures and Biomescapes make the perfect gift or educational resource to build children’s understanding of the world in which they live and share with many amazing creatures.
Fauna Miniatures are sold in sets of 8, packed within a cotton pouch, for easy storage.
Care: Spot clean with cold water and mild soap, do not use hot water, as heat will shrink your product. To remove any soap residues, use a damp cloth with clean water and again, very gently wipe it off. Repeat as required. Remove the excess water by pressing a dry towel onto the area, let air dry.
