Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Pre-Orders & Custom Orders

  • Pre-Orders: If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item becomes available. We will notify you via email with updates.

  • Custom Orders: Custom-designed items may take longer to process. Please refer to the specific product page for estimated shipping times.

Shipping Locations
Currently, Create & Wonder only ships to Australia and New Zealand. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, so stay tuned!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. You’ll have a choice of standard or express shipping options.

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Shipping Delays
We strive to meet our shipping estimates, but sometimes delays occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs delays, weather events, and logistical disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us at hello@createandwonder.com with your order number.

Express Shipping Disclaimer
Please note that while we offer express shipping, it is not guaranteed to be next-day delivery. The exact delivery time for express shipping depends on your location and the courier service's capacity. In most cases, express shipping will significantly reduce delivery times, but factors like public holidays, remote locations, or unforeseen delays with the courier may affect the speed of your delivery. We recommend checking your tracking information for the most accurate updates on your parcel's progress. Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a parcel has been passed on to the courier service, Create&Wonder is no longer responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping.

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged by the courier, please contact the courier directly with the tracking details we provide. However, we are always happy to assist you in contacting the courier service and providing information for your claim.

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the damage and contact the courier service immediately.

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier service directly.
